1. Like-for-like genuine plaster only
The competitor product must be real plaster (or gypsum) moulding of the same type, profile and comparable dimensions. Plastic, polystyrene, polyurethane (PU), foam or other imitation materials do not qualify.

2. UK retailers only
The lower price must be publicly available from a UK-based online or high-street retailer. Trade-only, members-only, auction, marketplace third-party, or overseas listings are excluded.

3. Current, in-stock pricing
The competitor price must be live and in stock at the time of your claim. Clearance, end-of-line, promotional codes, bundle deals, loyalty discounts and obvious pricing errors are excluded.

4. Product price comparison
We match the product price on a like-for-like basis. Delivery charges, cutting services and installation are not included in the match.

5. When to claim
You can claim before purchase, or within 7 days of receiving your UK Plaster order.

6. How to claim
Email sales@ukplaster.com or call 01204 693900 with:

• The UK Plaster product name or SKU
• A link (or clear screenshot) to the competitor listing
• Your order number, if you have already purchased

We’ll review qualifying claims as quickly as we can and confirm the matched price or refund difference.

7. Fair use
UK Plaster reserves the right to verify any claim and to decline requests that do not meet these terms. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
